Pet Sitting and Drop In Visits

What could be better than knowing your beloved pet is being well looked after in the comfort of their own home whilst you are away, whether that be whilst you are at work, out shopping or staying away overnight. 

By booking our pet care services, your pet will be cared for in their own home, meaning their regular feeding and exercise routines will not be disrupted. If you are away for an extended period, we are happy to water plants, take the rubbish bins out and of course keep the house clean and tidy from any ‘accidents’.  

DROP INS

For some pets, you may feel that once or twice daily visits will be adequate when you are away, rather than needing a full pet sitting service.

Cats and small caged pets such as rabbits and hamsters may just need someone to check on them once or twice a day. We will visit as requested to feed and water your pets, keep their bedding and equipment clean and give them some attention and exercise, if appropriate.

Drop-in services for puppies and dogs would include lots of play and cuddles, ensuring they are fed and watered, exercised out in the garden or taken for a short walk. 

PET SITTING

If your pet needs more playful time and attention than just the drop-in visits, then make the most of our pet sitting service where we can spend multiple hours at your home keeping your pet safe, fed and loved. This may be multiple hours during the day or a stay overnight.

For overnight services, please note that dogs will need to be able to be left for a number of hours at a time so that other dog walking commitments can be met, however we will always do our best to keep your dog's routine as unchanged as possible. The longest overnight dog sitting duration available is three consecutive days.

Long duration cat sitting will generally mean that we will be there in the morning and evening for feeding times and can spend more time in the house to suit the habits of the cat(s). However, your cats may be left during the day for longer periods than we would leave a dog for example. We would normally not stay in the house overnight, but this can be discussed.

If you need a service whereby your pet is not left alone at all, we can discuss this and advise of the extra costs involved. Services available in Wheathampstead, Harpenden and St Albans.

We take security very seriously, therefore if you would like us to keep a house key, please be assured that it will always be safely stored and will never be identifiable with a name or address.
