Meet the team

I have always had a deep passion for animals of all shapes and sizes. Having grown up with dogs in the family, I have now had cats for the past 20 years. 

Combining this love of animals and my desire to be active outside a lot of the time, I decided to give up the corporate world and set up Playful Paws Pet Care, where hopefully I can give your pets the same level of care, attention, fun and play that I give to my own pets, here in Wheathampstead. 

I am DBS checked, insured and qualified in pet first aid.

I have always loved any animals and grew up with cats at home, whilst spending my weekends at a stables where I was not only around horses but also dogs, cats and other 4 legged friends. At 18, I got my first dog and have now had my own dogs for over 25 years with my husband and children.

I currently have a boxer who is loyal, loving and crazy but is now getting older and requires shorter walks. I love going on walks whatever the weather and enjoy looking after, walking and playing with other people’s animals to keep them happy and healthy. I am DBS checked, insured and qualified in pet first aid.
